Best Buy is AWESOME

Traded this in for a Dell. The Lenovo was slow and froze up multiple times on the first day of use. Best Buy was great with the trade in and upgrade.

Lacking what older models came with.

Forced to buy this item. No windows 10 updates. No slot for scan disc card or CD disc. Had to buy additional products to read CD's and scan disc cards. I search my documents for items and pictures and says NOT HERE. Hides your items. Makes you look all over for them. Use a device to back up your documents.
