    Can't upgrade the Ram, returned item as 4 gb of ram in 2024 is unusable. I removed the bottom and the only thing you can upgrade is the nvme drive.

    Good laptop for the money. You're not going to be serious gaming on it but for the Zoom meetings that i use it for, it's great.
