Good, but could be better

If you're using it for basic tasks then it's a good laptop. If you're using it for work, I would probably go with one that has more memory.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decent but it says it’s like 250 gigs but upon purchasing and using it there is not storage at all on it , I downloaded one older game on the Xbox membership they gave me with purchase it was only 50 gigs and it’s full already, so basically they are selling you a laptop with no storage on it , this is false advertisement if I could return I would but it’s too late if it says 250 gigs , then I want 250 gigs not 50 gigs because 200 gigs is taken by the operating system and all the crapthey loaded onto the computer before I bought it

Everything else has worked as expected and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

To start, this could be a software issue based on online reports. We recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

This particular laptop was on a good discount so I grabbed it. Once I powered it up it went thru several aggravating Microsoft steps. The setup and all the downloads required to make it complete took about two hrs. The mousepad is a bit wonky. The keyboard feels ok. For the price I paid on sale, I give it three stars. At full price it scores less
