Definitely not anything for gaming or anything past day to day office work task. The brightness and matte finish of the display is her only negative.

Still waiting for e-receipt

The computer purchase went smoothly. However, I am still waiting for the receipt that is supposed to be e-mailed.

He doesn't game, or use a lot of large files. Unfortunately, we had to return it because it kept dropping the internet/Wifi AND the camera (for online meetings) kept going out. (It was not an internet issue on our end) Otherwise, this probably would have been a good little laptop. Maybe we received a bad one?

Additionally, the screen was difficult to see at certain angles unless viewed straight on. Ultimately, I had to return it because it was impacting my workflow.

Also, I had to buy a policy with the geek squad to get it all turned felt that I was deceived by the sales.

Best buy showed the issues with it and a missing charger was not one of them. Beware when you purchase open box anything, better check the package before you leave the store. Otherwise laptop works just fine.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
