i've already had to pay a tech guy TWICE to come to my house and get the computer working again. very frustrating. i bought this new computer because i was having trouble with my older one, which i also bought from best buy. i am house-bound, due to health, and it gets expensive to pay a guy every 2 weeks, on average, to get my new computer to run again, and stay alive. randy

This laptop is the biggest piece of ISH that I have ever had the unfortunate privilege to own. If I could give it zero or even negative stars, I would. Between Windows 11 that works when it wants to and the overloaded Lenovo applications that slow performance significantly, I should have spent the extra money and bought a Macbook.

i bought this without realizing it was not a best buy item. it's a third party and so couldn't be insured. i have to return it because lenova's aren't reliable enough in my experience to not be insured.

We didn't get too far. The first iteration was cosmetically damaged out of the sealed box. The second attempt had a case that was misaligned and clicked into a new position each time you rested your hands to type.

I would not recommend this product. I had to reboot the system every time I wanted to open an application that was downloaded.

Barley works my old laptop works better then this one

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

Seems like a good everyday laptop
Lightweight. My biggest problem is learning windows 11. Quite different than my older desktop. Just a learning curve. But that’s just the programming. No complaints with the laptop. Would buy again.

Got this for my granddaughter shes able to do wat she needs it to do for her. Only complaint is the battery life could be better otherwise happy with purchase.
