The computer purchase went smoothly. However, I am still waiting for the receipt that is supposed to be e-mailed.

If I could give it zero or even negative stars, I would. Between Windows 11 that works when it wants to and the overloaded Lenovo applications that slow performance significantly, I should have spent the extra money and bought a Macbook.

Open box headache

Best buy showed the issues with it and a missing charger was not one of them. Beware when you purchase open box anything, better check the package before you leave the store. Otherwise laptop works just fine.

Quite different than my older desktop. Just a learning curve. But that’s just the programming. No complaints with the laptop. Would buy again.
