I went to Best Buy to not only purchase a computer but pick up a dishwasher that I ordered online. The computer purchase went smoothly. However, I am still waiting for the receipt that is supposed to be e-mailed.

This laptop looked to be perfect for our son. He doesn't game, or use a lot of large files. Unfortunately, we had to return it because it kept dropping the internet/Wifi AND the camera (for online meetings) kept going out. (It was not an internet issue on our end)
Otherwise, this probably would have been a good little laptop. Maybe we received a bad one?

It was a reliable laptop for strictly work, but the display screen was rather disappointing, as I found my eyes constantly adjusting to it and developing headaches after 2-3 hours of use. Additionally, the screen was difficult to see at certain angles unless viewed straight on. Ultimately, I had to return it because it was impacting my workflow.

I had to buy Outlook separately. It did not come with the computer. Also, I had to buy a policy with the geek squad to get it all turned felt that I was deceived by the sales.

Beware of open box, it didnt have a charger even though it said it had a charger. Best buy showed the issues with it and a missing charger was not one of them. Beware when you purchase open box anything, better check the package before you leave the store. Otherwise laptop works just fine.

i've already had to pay a tech guy TWICE to come to my house and get the computer working again. very frustrating. i bought this new computer because i was having trouble with my older one, which i also bought from best buy. i am house-bound, due to health, and it gets expensive to pay a guy every 2 weeks, on average, to get my new computer to run again, and stay alive. randy

This laptop is the biggest piece of ISH that I have ever had the unfortunate privilege to own. If I could give it zero or even negative stars, I would. Between Windows 11 that works when it wants to and the overloaded Lenovo applications that slow performance significantly, I should have spent the extra money and bought a Macbook.

We didn't get too far. The first iteration was cosmetically damaged out of the sealed box. The second attempt had a case that was misaligned and clicked into a new position each time you rested your hands to type.
