    Nice entry level computer with touch screen. Appreciate the Ryzen 5 for above average graphics for this price range. Bought specifically for my lady to play sims 4 and it runs flawlessly on the highest graphic settings. Good every day computer. Only complaint is the speakers are a little quiet but we Bluetooth to our sound system so no worries there.

    Product seems fine for now. I got it for paying bills and investing.Haven't use it for other things yet. Battery seems fine. It automatically turns on when you lift it open.

    Not a bad laptop. Works well for things like streaming video + email + editing documents. Definitely not meant to play games. It does get hot if you don't put something underneath it. Overall I'd say great for the price, just don't expect too much from it.

Regarding the comment on heat production, we recommend ensuring the system has the latest software installed, as this can help with system efficiency. To do so, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
