AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Unfortunately they sat in the box for 3 weeks before new hires started, so I'm outside of my return window. Anyways, these laptops are HORRIBLE. I have a Lenovo from 4 years ago that works like a DREAM. Bought two of these exact ones and whatever programs/apps they have pre-installed on these don't even let you get past setting up the user. Not functional for ANYONE in low or high capacity. They're absolutely 100% non-functioning laptops. Avoid at all costs. Screen lag: 5-7 MINUTES, literally, waiting 7 minutes for the mouse to move from one spot to another on TWO of the same laptop... not just one "oops you got a bad one" situation.

Unexpected cancellation of order!!

The reason given was the product was not available. My question is why did you offer it for sale?? Perfect waste of time. Why not offer an alternative product. Bad Quaulity product

The internet keeps disconnecting randomly, even though my Wi-Fi works perfectly with other devices. I’ve tried updating drivers and changing settings, but nothing helps. It’s really frustrating, especially when working or streaming. I wouldn’t recommend this model to anyone.

I bought the laptop on a week day and on the following it was supposed to be delivered, but I never seen a package. When I call them, they asked me to give them 24hrs to get back to me and still nothing. I called them again and they said that they will reach out to me in 3 to 5 business days. And I bought it early knowing that it will be here before the weekend because it was supposed to be a gift for my mother on mother’s day. I am extremely disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

To start, this model is an entry level, light use system designed for singular, non-demanding tasks. Should you feel you are using the device for its intended use and still experiencing a performance issue, we recommend searching for and applying any available updates through Windows Update Settings. Also, ensure that your home Wi-Fi network is compatible with, and is capable of supplying your laptop with sufficient bandwidth to deliver the performance you desire for internet-based tasks.
Also, regarding the touchpad issue, to help remedy this, first, in Windows Settings, follow these steps to get to touchpad settings: Bluetooth & Devices > Touchpad. There should be an option to toggle the touchpad here, please ensure it is on. Also, there is a touchpad toggle tied to a function key on the keyboard, F6, which can be used to toggle the touchpad on and off.

Right computer for the job.
