Firstly, let me say that this computer was purchased because I had a paper to write and my primary computer failed, so I was looking for something cheap and to write a document. I quickly picked up Google Docs and found that this computer was much faster and responsive than I had expected. Since it runs ChromeOS, the operating system doesn't take up many resources to begin with. If you need a laptop but spend your time on the internet and just typing Google Docs, this is for you!

Chromebooks are really cool. Much better than a netbook because it's not trying to run a full operating system. Make sure to do your research if you've never had a Chromebook, because you should know what you're getting. This one is nothing fancy, but it gets the job done and is super lightweight and portable. For the price, you can't beat it. I didn't need a touchscreen or lots of memory - it works exactly the way it's described, no more, no less. If you're looking for a very cheap Chromebook (not laptop, Chromebook), this is definitely the way to go.

This has been SUPER easy to learn to use. The best part is my daughters school uses the Chromebooks for all the online components at school. Having a Chromebook at home allowed her to access work that she had done at school without saving to a flash drive, and vice-versa. Lightweight and is the go-to laptop if we need to look something up, check email, etc. Minimal investment - make sure existing printer is compatible with the Chromebook.

Great value, very durable, would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a basic laptop for kids.

I purchased two of these for my kids they love them. They are light and the perfect size for mobile usage.

This thing does almost everything I ask, in a very timely manner. More reliable than my desktop. The price is very short of the performance. I'd expect to pay another $80 on to of the retail price. Oh well...

It is slim, small enough to fit in my tote bag. Prefer to use it for thing's like this rather than apps on my phone. Had it over one year and all holding up well and functioning just fine.

It's easy to use and it works great when connecting to wifi at school.

I bought this as a replacement for my wife's older and bigger Chromebook (she prefers the smaller footprint). It is noticeably faster than the previous one and much lighter. The only negative is that it will sometimes power cycle when I close the lid, requiring me to log in again when I re-open the device. Now I don't close the lid completely when it is sitting idle. It is a solid device.

I was traveling and needed something more user friendly than my iPhone to respond to emails. At $150, the chromebook was a perfect fit. Took awhile getting used to keyboard and shortcuts but once learned, fit right into my routine. In this age of "the cloud", you no longer need to pay for large hard drives.

The price was right for this basic computer. My daughter uses it at school to connect with google applications.

I bought this mostly in curiosity of the Chrome OS, I ended up really liking it for how simple everything was. Battery life is great, the keyboard is actually decent and it just works.

This Lenovo product has proven to compact, light weight and completely functional for our fifth grade daughter. She needed a classroom computer compatible with Google Chrome-based curriculum assignments. The price was spot on and so are the memory capabilities of this laptop. Great product and highly recommended for other parents looking to fill the same need for their child.

I got this for me to use, while traveling and I can not be happier with the ease of use. The notebook is quick, and the sound quality is good, and so is the video for netflix, youtube. I am so glad this works for me, now I have all the tools for my travels.
