This laptop is perfect for what I needed it for. I store pictures and shop online. It's slim and light weight.

Got this laptop for a friend. He is really happy. The laptop is very light for the screen size - 14" and 3.3 lb. Power brick is also light. 64G SSD is big enough for major software like MS Office and micro SD port allows to increase the storage cheap. Webcam works fine, keyboard is comfy... All for 229$

Bought for my daughter. It is lightweight for her to carry around and she loves how long the battery lasts.

I bought this for my wife who will be traveling overseas this summer. This laptop is lightweight and has a lengthy battery life, just the thing for working on planes or sending a quick email at the terminal. She is a college professor and this is a great second laptop to work on grading from home.

Really great to get all of the programs, especially Publisher in one easy download. I waited 'forever" to get a new desktop computer because I was concerned about trying to get all of these programs again....great price to get everything available!!

If you need a computer for checking your e-mail or searching the internet. Windows 10 takes up about 18 gig space on the flash drive so you still have over 40 gig's of space to store documents etc.

We dont use it for much besides browsing the web and checking email. Good for what we needed.

The first week of having this computer, malware was taking over. All I do on my computer is homework for school. The battery lasts a while and the keyboard is very nice. I've had a better Lenovo laptop in the past.

Nice computer, lightweight, easy to read screen. Came with Windows 10 and Office was included. However, no disk drive so have to download security software online. Screen freezes up a lot and the systems crashes and needs to be rebooted most every time I use it. I like it for what I use it for, but would not recommend it to a friend.

Purchased, opened-box. Had no problems with the opened-box product. This unit works very well for our purposes and got a great price at Best Buy. Store associate spent a lot of time to make sure we got the right product for our needs.

This computer met every specification necessary for my 14 yo son's early high school needs. The fact that I got a bundle that included 1 year of 365 for free is especially satisfying. Computer works great and didn't break the bank.

I like the computer I bought but I had a problem activating Microsoft Office 365. I received an error code over and over. When I called the Microsoft Help desk, they said the code was no good and that I would have to go back to Best Buy. I was treated rudely by the Best Buy help person, maybe called Jas. He said I would have to take this up with Microsoft not Best Buy. I told him that I had purchased the product from Best Buy and expected them to solve the problem since they had advertised the 1 year subscription to Office 386 as an important feature of the laptop. When I asked Jas to let me see a manager, he said that all Best Buy could do would be a complete exchange of the computer. This is what I did and the new computer had a valid code and I installed Office 386. Of course, I had to reinstall my printer and email and virus protection as well which took my time. I was very disappointed with the rude treatment by the Best Buy staff and the fact that they did not stand by their product. I was expecting them to give me a new code for Office, not go thru setting up a new computer and giving them the one I bought.

this laptop is very good for a college student or anyone who needs a basic laptop.
