this laptop onlyl lasted about a year.

It lasted about a year before it wouldn't even turn on anymore. It had to stay connected to the power outlet at first, then that wouldn't even keep it on. It has been a waste and I am not happy. This is the SECOND laptop I have bought from bestbuy that doesn't last more than a year or two.

You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes.
