I have resisted laptops since the time they were first marketed as twelve pound doorstoppers. I will have to say that for my purposes this is one perfect exceptionally light weight powerhouse! My purposes are simple, I needed a communications device for when I was away from my desktop and large screen. I purchased this laptop because of it's very small size, yet it has a full keyboard, and I could easily attach a Logitech Wireless Mouse which made for much easier use for me. Anyhow, the "hard drive" is a tad small for my various protection programs to fit, but once I got rid of MS Office, and some of the game programs, I had plenty of storage space! Now I can do my emails and Skype with the greatest of ease! My mission totally accomplished! OH! Almost forgot, the batteries in this machine are remarkably long lasting, and cool running!
