    I like the product. It has performed pretty well since the purchase. I did have some issues with the original set up via the geek squad but did get them resolved.

    Nice and responsive. upgraded the ram easily by taking off the back and putting in a 16gb stick in the open slot.

    Easy to set laptop up but need time to get used to Windows 11. Found Win 11 has advantages over previous versions. Unit operates as described and found no problems.

    Great laptop overall, but to unlock the full potential of the Intel Iris Xe graphics, you’ll need to add a second RAM stick. The Iris Xe requires dual-channel RAM to function, but the laptop only comes with a single stick, so it defaults to Intel UHD graphics instead. You can get an extra 8GB RAM and a laptop repair kit for around $20–30 on Amazon. There’s also a helpful YouTube tutorial for this specific laptop by Joe Howto.
