    Not as many “special features” in comparison, but a good, solid functioning laptop for a good sale price. The Geek-squad people were extremely helpful setting it up also.

    What a wonderful experience at this store. I recently needed to exchange a chromebook that I purchased that was not meeting my needs however I was out of the return window by 5 days due to personal reasons. The store was very accommodating and took it back with a full credit to allowing me to purchase a better laptop that would work for what I needed it for. This store is the best and I'll purchase all my electronics & games from here on out!

    Purchased an "excellent" open box unit that gave me an error message when I tried to set it up. Returned it to the store and members of the Geek Squad helped swap it out for a different unit. They even made sure the new unit operated properly before I took it home. Kudos to them! Very pleased with the value and customer service I received from Best Buy.

    I like this so far , have it for little less than 3 weeks. Battery life may be questionable- 4 hours drained from 100 to 29% for moderate use, including videos and multiple applications at the same time.
