OK in a pinch and for the money

It is okay for the money. For some reason, it tends to lose internet connectivity. I have a work laptop and other devices, which never have this issue, so I know it is this laptop in particular. It is a bit slow and clunky. It is fine for simple tasks and easy internet browsing, but that is about it.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button and apply all available updates.
