  • Doesn’t Have USB-C Display Port Compatibility

    This is an otherwise good laptop, but the price cannot be justified because the USB-C port doesn’t allow you to extend to multiple displays. Have to take a number of stars away because i dont see a genuine reason to have a laptop in 2024 not have this ability.

  • Face Recognition and Fingerprint login don't work.

    I purchased this laptop and instantly had problems setting it up. I have been unable to set up facial recognition and the fingerprint login. Whenever I try to set it up it says this option is currently unavailable. After looking it up I haven't been able to find anything helpful but saw it could be a defect. I took the laptop back and had the geek squad look at it. They didn't know how to fix it and refunded me and exchanged it for a new one reassuring me that this same problem wouldn't occur again. After setting up the second new laptop it still doesn't work.... Has anyone else had this problem? Very frustrating.

    Was very pleased with past reviews. However I purchased this item on Friday, picked up from BB Geek Squad on Saturday. Spent over 10 hours trying to personalize with no positive results. Returned on Sunday for refund. Wondering if I was the victim of a LEMONOVO.
