Great Value for the Price! I’ve been using this laptop for a little while now, and I’m really impressed with what it offers for the price. Battery life is pretty good — it gets me through most of the day with moderate use, though you might need to plug in if you’re doing something more intensive. Really good for playing base games like Roblox (nothing too crazy in graphics.) The battery life is decent, maybe lasts me 3 1/2 hours before dropping to 20%; otherwise, it's pretty good for college work. Definitely get it if you plan on using it mostly for schooling and playing minimum level games. Yes, it runs the Sims good, but it kills the battery FAST.

Had a few days now to use the laptop. Overall pretty decent. The touch pad is a bit finicky so I use a wireless mouse. Setup was easy. Sound could be better, it's a bit tinny and not much volume. Display and touch screen is good, speed is decent. Definitely not a high end but fine for basic use.

Absolutely love this computer, I have had her for a year now and it has survived a lot. Works great for school and work projects. As a college student, I always have at least 20 tabs, never have any issues.

Laptop is fast, reliable for the price. Comes with features that usually come with an expensive laptop such the touchscreen and good CPU. On the heavy side but does the job well

Definitely a budget model, but great value for money as long as you know what you’re getting. The RAM is expandable, although you only get one slot to mess with. I installed a 16 GB chip and it recognizes 24 GB no problem. Be aware if you’re doing this, the manufacturer clearly didn’t anticipate it and you’ll probably break off a couple of tiny pieces of plastic getting inside the unit. Doesn’t affect anything, but was definitely sweating for a minute there. Linux compatibility seems solid, and it runs an Ubuntu-based distribution right out of the box. Very pleased with this one, given the price.

Great product and price for senior citizen! The screen is easy to read and light weight for lap use any where I choose, porch, easy chair or in bed. Love it!

For the money, this was an excellent purchase. It would be nice to have more memory but so far it is very fast and rock solid. Excellent touch screen and overall functionality.

I needed a laptop quick because my other one was being fixed. I bought this one as an "open box" . I was shocked to find that not only did it arrive extremely quick, but in near mint condition. For not a lot of money this laptop has exceeded my expectations!! It's fast and easy to use. The only thing I wish it had are keys that light up or a reading light like my old Lenovo had. I highly recommend it!!

Really like the laptop - lightweight, and plenty fast. Did get around the Windows 11 that tries to limit you to only Microsoft apps. Hate One Drive holding my files hostage in the cloud.

Best Buy was my first option to buy a laptop with good features such as a touch screen, 8GB of RAM and no less than 512GB of storage. I found this option at Lenovo and I'm sure I made the best decision.
