I'm an occasional patron of your site because i believe in your authenticity.. I recently purchased a lenovo ideapad 1i from your site to send to my brother way back in Ghana to use for his work.. He barely used it even 5 times when on thursday the machine failed to power on completely. The power light would temporarily come on, flicker momentarily and that's it. No fan would run, absolutely no show. As though the machine has just "bricked"... It's quite unnerving really..

Wanted an inexpensive everyday laptop to replace old W10 laptop with a failing battery. For the price this more than fit my expectations. The I5 processor is good mid-grade processor and battery life is decent. The 8gb ram is good, but I added 8gb ram in open slot (total 16gb ram) for $15 so no lag on anything. Overall, very pleased with quality and speed for the price paid.

I bought this for salesperson at work and have been pretty impressed, its quick, screen is very clear and its easy to use for some people that might not be as computer literate as some others. The touchscreen is kind of pointless in my opinion, but different strokes for different folks.
