It is good for the price I purchased it for. It is now too slow for my usage and the battery dies relevantly quick. After 3 hours of using it, it’s dead. I’m a college student so I have to carry my charger with me to every class now since it doesn’t last much. The screws underneath are now falling off and I have to constantly put it back in. This might just be my wear and tear, but now I need an upgrade.

The touchscreen is so convenient and the color is the best! So far it has worked great and I haven't had any problems with it. I also really love the fact that it has 3 usb ports whereas others only have 2 usually. The only downside to this laptop is that the display isn't as sharp as I would like for it to be. Sometimes it seems a bit hazy in contrast, the fact that it doesnt have an ethernet port for RJ45 is a bit of a disadvantage as well. otherwise overall it was well worth the buy!

You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad. If you continue to have issues with the touchpad, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was not sure of the Lenovo laptop that I purchased; however thus far it has been working very well I will say when I requested from Lenovo assistance in setting the computer up I was asked for the serial number. So small and black on black. Couldn't read it. Took picture of it so I could enlarge it to read, Other than that set up was relatively easy. I think I will enjoy this computer. I also purchased a HP DeskJet Printer. This was a little more difficult as it took time to determine where the ink cartridges went but all in all I am happy with both items.

Just click on the Windows logo at the bottom left corner of your screen, select the gear icon for settings menu, within settings, select System, from the menu on the left of the window that opens, scroll to the bottom and select About, within About, scroll to the bottom of the page, look for Windows Specifications and find your Serial Number listed there.
