The product sleek looking, perfectly weighted and not easy to break. I have had no problems using, as the speed is consistent and the memory is great for home or student use.

The processor is plenty fast and I'm snobby about slow computers, Windows 11 is... Okay. The worst part about this is the tiny up/down arrow keys, I would have preferred a full size set but I'll survive. Overall I'm happy with this auxiliary piece of computer hardware I only use sparingly but it works well when I need it to.

Very convenient touch screen and speed. I use mine for when I DJ ore KJ. This is my 2nd Lenovo laptop purchase. The price is right, and the quality is great.

Windows 11 is a disappointment and doesn't play well with older versions of Office 365. After six hours of trying to activate an old 32 bit version of Office, I had to download a program to completely remove all Office components then reinstall my version and activate it. After that nuisance all is working correctly. I also had take Windows 11 out of the absolutely useless Windows-S mode.

Windows 11 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available (and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or need to install apps not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 11 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. Unbelievable Value. I love it! Hands down it is one of the best values I have seen. I wouldn't keep a surface if you gave it to me its such a pain in the A-s and SLOW. This computer is more than adequate & fairly fast. EXCELLENT VALUE So Good I bought another one for my Wife.

I bought this for a customer and set it up for her. These days, I recommend Lenovo laptops over ANYONE'S laptop. Windows 11, set up the way I like and the settings changes I make runs snappy. Lenovo edges everyone else out on features, hardware levels vs price. Webcam lens cover slider, auto power on upon opening (can be disabled in Lenovo Vantage). I wish you knew me so I could set up Windows 11 the way I like. So much better when I do it than the way it comes. Some new user tips: Off the bat go into Settings and Updates to manually check for Windows Updates and get completely caught up. Once done, open Lenovo Vantage and do the "System Update", install all recommended updates including the BIOS while it is still in the return window should anything go wrong. Wait it out - it will shut off and turn back on a couple times. This series isn't Lenovo's top but is very nice and I have no problem at all recommending it based on a lower price range compared to Lenovo's Yoga series. Great value for the money.
