I love how easy it is to use and how fast it opens web pages and documents which my old computer struggled to do. I would recommend this laptop for anyone who’s looking for a easy to use, light laptop. The only issue I have and it’s probably just me, is that the mouse on the keyboard is very sensitive. But I would definitely buy it again.

You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad. So Far So Good

The only negative is that when I turn the mouse pad off to use my external mouse, the mouse freezes up after a bit and can be difficult to get back to using it. Just bought a new mouse, let's see how that works out. Easy to use the laptop, main screen is great and gives easy access to just about everything. Speed is relatively good.

I needed something simple & affordable to just browse the internet and keep my personal files from time to time. This was around the $350 mark and it was money well spent. The laptop is still in excellent condition and working properly. I also love the keyboard on it! I like Lenovo products.

The plan was for me to take it when his was fixed but he doesn’t want to give it up. It’s user friendly, lightweight and he loves it. We bought this laptop for a friend in his 60s (his first one) so he could organize and download music for his new MP3 player. Easy enough for him to use, being his first laptop. After studying lots of reviews, etc., I purchased this computer. I couldn’t afford a lot but needed more power. This computer has done that for me, and more! I am so happy with this computer and Lenovo. I have previously only owned HP or Dell and I can now happily recommend this Lenovo.

Battery is only 3.5 hours tops and this pc plays games at low/medium settings. Thing is fast 2, no joke, boot up time is like 15 seconds. All around good computer, especially for the price. Got mines open box, $432.

To maximize battery life, first adjust your battery saver settings. It works and works well....

Basically I surf the web and watch lots of YouTube videos. It takes a minute to turn on but it's pretty quick once it's on. My only complaint is the battery doesn't last long. I must add it does have fast charging which works really well.

This model number 81F500NSUS, ships with a 1TB standard 5400 RPM hard drive supported by 16GB of Intel Optane Memory, giving this standard hard drive the performance of a solid state hard drive. The computer will boot from off to the Windows 10 desktop in less than 30 seconds. The programs and files that the user accesses the most will load more quickly. If you are experiencing slower performance, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. Having incompatible software installed will make the device work harder, which will also drain the battery quicker.
