Great before Hard Drive crashed TWICE

The 1st time it happened, it was still under warranty; the second time, it was NOT. First, I purchased the PC in March (3-20-2019) of last year. It worked great for the 1st 10 (almost 11) months; it was primarily used by my wife for checking emails (via Outlook), creating some simple Word and Excel documents, nothing too strenuous. Then in Feb 2020, it would not boot up to the OS. So I had to send it to Lenovo, who was great in repairing it and sending it back. Once again, it worked great... for 3 months, then the exact same thing. PC will not boot to OS. So, if the machine were more reliable, i would have given it 4 (probably 5) stars. Since the hard drive seems to be suspect, i give it 2 starts.

You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad. As you know, with Windows 10, battery drain in sleep mode is around 1 to 2 percent per 24-hours. Apart from that the machine is great for school! Takes about 45 minutes to setup. Comes with 17 release of windows 10, to get 1809 it needs about 12 updates to install! That means it has been on shelf for over a year atleast!!! But still a value for money, good build and sturdy!
