Purchase laptop for granddaughters birthday

PC functional but someone I assumed connected to store had used the computer and created a owner security profile. Had to return unit to Geek Squad in store who reloaded windows home 11 replaced windows 11 S. Received courteous and prompt service so still will continue to purchase from Best Buy in future.
