Ive had issues from the get go that requires a restart to fix. Not having a backlit keyboard was a big enough issue. But im definitely returning it now that i can afford something better.

I bought this to replace an aging and slow AMD computer that I mainly used for online games. For this being an I5 and brand new with nothing saved on the hard drive, everything loads very slow.

Hate S mode

Why Windows does this makes them as bad as Apple, a closed eco system. Laptop, including touch screen works fine otherwise.

The software does not seem to work as well as it should, but it is functioning. I'll keep it but will buy a more expensive one the next time.

Motherboard failed after 20 Months

Been using this laptop daily since December 2023 when I bought it on sale at Best Buy. Tried to turn it on this week and it’s completely fried. Won’t charge, won’t turn on, can’t reset.. motherboard has failed and not worth to fix.. see other reviews- it seems this laptop lasts max 2 years before it goes.

I called Best Buy. They said because it was more than 10days after purchase, it was between me and Lenovo. I expected more from Best Buy. My last purchase.
