I bough this laptop in February and everything would be good with it, except that the audio randomly stops working until I restart it. It has happened already many times and at first I thought I had moved some settings so I made no big deal of it, but it keeps happening. I’m not sure if I still have any warranties or if tech support can contact me to see what is going on. I can not trust this laptop anymore for zoom meetings or anything live because of this.

The Lenovo laptop is probably fine but I had problems setting up so I took it back & the Geek Squad worked with me. I had 2 days of getting to know it & then it froze up @ some game thing that I don’t use. I called & talked with Geek…. No help. Very frustrating. I made appointment to go back to Best Buy AGAIN & my nephew passed. So I can’t use it & the whole experience has been awful. I’ll be 69 in April. I’ve been using computers since 1988. I used one at work for 22 years. I prefer my old IPad. I just wish I could use it. Frozen & no answers. Barb Kishel

This computer is too ambitious for its own good. For the trend of running several work at once, this computer doesn't have the power to manage so much going on at once.

Lets talk about windows in s mode. Windows is supposed to be “life without walls” so if you add walls and dont put that in big red letters behind the word ATTENTION on the front of the profuct, you are false advertising!!!!!

Come with Windows in S Mode but not hard to remove that. There is no additional RAM slot available, the only RAM is soldered. Works well for the price.

Over all its a good laptop my only problem is it doesnt charge past 59%. Idk if there is a setting that would restrict that or not im not tech person. Im taking it to local Best Buy tomorrow.

Lack of any paperwork with unit. Very poor 1 page small to read letter showing buttons on unit. No info on creating boot recovery disk. No carrying pocket such as bag or briefs.

Great product, couldn't be happier with this laptop. However, higher price than several others for same product. Will do better research from here on out!

After tree notifications, I was finally allowed to obtain my lap top. I don't really like it, but I am putting up with it. It does not work near as well as my old computer. Those are my comments.

This is a decent computer, but the hard case is sub standard and subject to easy damage from minor falls. The hinges are stiff and compromise the plastic hardcase too easily. This should never happen under normal wear and tear or even slight drops.

This is the worst e-commerce platform I have used. It is so unfortunate that my first experience happened to be my worst experience. I was swayed to the website because I was told it offers the best deals for electronics, so I placed an order for a laptop I needed urgently, on the norms, I would have opted for a new laptop but because I was pressed for time and I saw an open-box with no defect and was going to be delivered the following day, so I opted for an open box laptop. To my surprise, the laptop was delivered with no charger, on chatting with a customer care rep online, I was told to visit BestBuy physical store near me and it would be sorted out. It was so appalling and frustrating that on getting to the store the following day, I was told there was nothing they could do even after providing the ref no. provided by the online customer rep: This shows there is a lack of synergy in the firm. I later opted for a refund, my first experience became my worst nightmare with BestBuy.

I wanted to use this for editing music and it was cool but the display resolution isn't. I can't downplay the computer just didn't workout for me.

It was an inexpensive laptop that i was happy with...for 2 whole weeks. I started getting a black screen that would only go away after restarting the cpu. Then the font on the pages became blurred. It looked like the letters had a double strike on a typewriter (yes, I'm old). I took it back for a no hassle return.

I am not sure.. My purchase was recent, and the computer crashed in less than 2weeks. Took it to Geek Squad. I am still waiting for the computer. I have been without a computer for about 2 weeks. I got a message that it was repaired and Ii should be ready in 2 to three days. It is now four to five days since this communication but I have not heard from them. I am disappointed with the service, but cannot give a true review of the laptop as I am have not yet been told what the issue was. Frustrated.

This is our second computer, our first one was defective. We have had to call Geek Squad 8 times in less than two weeks to get things working.

It only works sometime brought it back to the store to get fixed and the camera still doesn’t work. It shuts off by itself.

Laptop stopped working after SIX MONTHS. I used this computer for mostly work. I never took it outside the house and barely moved it from my work desk. The other day I went to turn it on and got no response. I tried to leave it alone with the charger hours later no response. I didn't see any physical sign of damage to the charger or laptop. Which would make sense because like I said I mostly use this laptop for work and barely move it! Originally, I would have given this Laptop three stars because even though the battery life is TERRIBLE, I thought for the price it was still a decent computer when it came to the functions. But now I would rate this laptop give zero stars if I could. I've never had a new laptop stop working after six months of purchase! I'm have the basic warranty, so I have reached out to support and am expecting a call back within Tomorow. Hopefully they can help me restore this laptop or at least give me a refund. If it gets better, I will give an update.

It lasted less than 30 days Screen started going off and on Then started to flash Possibly a short I don’t know Wanted to return it but Best Buy said it was out of return a Or exchange window 2-10-24 purchase 3-10-24 when it started to go hay wire I sent it back anyway hopefully They were no help Just call Lenovo let them deal with this they said The window of return was expired literally 15 days after purchase I sent it back to them anyway Because it is useless to my wife Hopefully the Citi card will help me Because Best Buy has washed their hands of this matter

Had the laptop freeze a couple times already and havent installed anything to it. Also had a screen tear moment but has gone alay for now.
