Runs Slow

Upon getting this laptop it has run slow, and at times won’t connect to my wifi. Really frustrating while trying to work on school work. Not a terrible laptop for the price, but next time I would do more research and probably not purchase this laptop brand again.

First power up - Windows 11/s went into a windows install loop - . Looks like the Windows/11 S install image was from a network drive install. Had to hit power button a few times to get into Windows troubleshooting mode. Did a complete windows reset installation. The only lost was my time (couple hours). If I would have been a regular non-geek customer it would have had to be sent back, or a few hours of phone support I like the product, delivery time, price and method - but the Geek squad tech was in a hurry that day.

The Geek Squad tried everything to get it fixed, but they finally declared it defective. We ended up having to put more money toward a similar replacement.

I have had one before so I got this one and this one sucks. Battery life fair Speed fair I hate to say that I wouldn't recommend this particular Lenovo to anyone.
