    I ordered this laptop based on the delivery date as i needed it for a business trip. After i ordered it the delivery date changed and it said i wasnt going to get it in time. I frantically tried contacting best buy to try to arrange an in person pickup in the short time i had remaining but i couldn't get in touch with their customer service department. An overall horrible experience. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and have never been contacted by anyone from best buy. Itll be a cold day in hell before I buy anything from them again.

    I bought this on 25-Dec -23 and given a gift to Neice The laptop was not working anymore now, when i reached to customer support, the support is unresponsive, the representative told to transfer to technical support, it was never connected. This is my first product from Lenovo and had very bad experience. All the money and time was spent for this product has been wasted

    I have mostly had an HP laptop and my husband coninced me to purchase this lenovo because of the price. they are not alike to me and I have a lot to learn unfortunately.

    Bought this for am x mas gift and didnt work properly straight out of the box. Wouldnt allow any programs to be opened, the time and date were wrong and on top of all that, Lenovo tried making us pay another $60 just to get help with it!! We ended up returning this computer and i will NEVER buy another Lenovo product again. Its mind blowing to me that they tried making us pay for help when it was THEIR product that didnt work as soon as we took it out of the box!

    The compter will shut off right I don’t think was installed right I have do control and delete for to turn off and put plug do turn off

    Its too slow, there are too many problems, i visited the Best Buy store, he refused to return to change it. He told me he fixed it, the ssne day the camera doesn’t work. If it works, the microphone will not work. If thers is zerro, i will give it to this laptop and Best Buy customer service.

This model was designed to give a smooth experience with its Intel Core i5 processing, however that obviously has not reflected on your experience. If you still have your device, to try and remedy this, we recommend searching for and applying any available updates in Windows Update Settings, and if your device is out of Windows 11 Home in S-Mode, doing the same in the Lenovo Vantage application as well.     Best Buy customer service is absolute garbage I’ve been waiting on my refund for a month and every person I talk to says something different and nobody can tell me anything accurate they will take your money and leave you out to dry do no buy from this store online

    Computer has less than 5 hours screen time usage and took a crap in a month. Since then we’ve fought with Lenovo and warranty issues and replacement. I’ll never own their product again. Best Buy refused return and replacement as well. Never shopping here again.

    I purchased this laptop on 3/2/2024 and by 3/18/2024 it was no longer working. Just 2 days past the exchange or return policy. Best Buy did absolute nothing to resolve the problem. Do not shop best buy and do not purchase this item

    I received incorrect information re the stylus that was compatible with the Lenovo IdeaPad. I was sold a stylus that was supposed to be compatible. Later, a different sales associate said Best Buy did not sell a stylus that would work with the Lenovo. I returned the Lenovo for a refund.

    I bought it at the end of December. It just suddenly died at the end of March. I've sent it to Lenovo for the warranty work, but I don't yet know what they will do for me. Still waiting ...

    Power port melted from defect and had to have it fixed. Then it came back bit-lockered and had to have them reset the entire laptop as we had no keycard to unlock it. We lost all of our paid apps and programs that were on it.
