This 3i does everything I need it to and it has good speed. I am not a gamer but it is more than adequate for blogging, social media and writing. For a fairly basic laptop, it has all the speed I need. The only downside to me is that I have been using smaller laptops for a few years and this feels really large when I need to hold it instead of using it on a table.

Starts up fast. Not crazy about Windows 11s because of its limitations with other apps but the added security is nice. Time will tell if I will need to disable it to use other apps

I bought this for myself for work. I often have a lot of windows and spread sheets open at once. So far, no lag or loss of function while I'm doing this. Lot's of on-board memory and large hard drive. Great computer.

The laptop works really well. It has good keyboard and touch sensitivity. It also has great sound. I would highly recommend buying this laptop. Moving from a metal feel hp version, this one felt a little "plasticey" but its benefits outweigh that by much much more.

Great laptop for the price. I use it for emails and studies. Works well and it is fast. Only thing I dislike is the camera is not really high quality but great otherwise.

Simple, basic laptop. This is coming from someone who isn't all knowing about laptops. Used for training/classes for a job, and random day to day use. Little big, but good for the price.

Good for surfing the internet and love the Bluetooth feature so I can send pictures from my phone to my computer no cable needed. Lots of storage and fast enough to play sims

Great computer. Can play more games than you might think but definitely more for light gaming. Plays Puyo Puyo and The Sims 4 well. Also very light - great for traveling or bringing it out and about. 3 hours battery life.

Love the laptop. I haven't had it long but I use it often and I haven't ran into anything that I found difficult with this laptop. I'm really pleased with the purchase. Love that it is touch screen as well.

I was worried that 8gb ram wouldnt be enough-- but i am able to run Photoshop web with no issues! Great computer and the display is nice. Only think I wish was that the keyboard would light up, but not a big deal.

The laptop is very fast and beautiful. I bought the blue color. It is very beautiful and the shipping is fast, but there is a problem with the outer surface. The dirt does not clean easily and traces of handprints are visible. You must always clean it.

This computer has been great so far. right away I turned off the "S Mode" Always forget that this is touch screen so getting use to that. have had no problems.

Great laptop. I bought this for work purposes. It really set the bar high for me as it does all the available things that I need to have a successful day from working from home. The speed is fast and it’s very efficient would recommend this to anybody.

Best bang for the buck.. i had a budget of $350.00 and this was right on the money..intel i5 processor is plenty fast for my application needs.. ram at 8gb is a bit low but not the worst.. hopefully it is expandable if needed.. ssd 512 gb is plenty enough.. i prefer getting hard drives to store data anyway..

I purchased a laptop from the Best Buy app right before the holidays, that was on sale. While working with the Geek Squad tech and giving him the reasons why I was unhappy with it, he was able to determine that the one I had chosen was not quite the right fit for my needs. I was able to return it to the store and get a full refund that I was then able to put towards the purchase of one that was recommended by the Geek Squad tech. Adding a little more money to my refund I was able to get one more suited to my needs and was also on sale at a great price. Thank you Best Buy and Geek Squad for helping this non-tech savy older lady and answering all my questions. They were never disrespectful and never made me feel like I was wasting their time.

This is an awesome computer for the price. It came highly recommended by the Best Buy Computer Sales Person ( knew what they were talking about). Extremely pleased withe purchase and highly recommend it for a good starting laptop.
