Its a great starter laptop and it's budget friendly. My kids enjoy it and are able to use to it everyday for all their school work and fun. A must buy if looking for a reliable product on a nudget.

Great replacement for my previous Lenovo. Love the touch screen and more SSD storage than my prior laptop. All is well after a month of heavy use.

The Lenovo Ideapad that i recently purchased is great for my needs! I needed computer to access some online services and training and the Lenovo Ideapad did just that.

The speed and display are good. Good for doing research online and writing papers. Keyboard spacing is strange for fingers to adjust to. Scroll is difficult to do on the scroll pad compared to other computers. Battery life is very long.

It is much better than the unit I am replacing. I only give a 4-star because time hasn't allowed me to 'play' with it and learn all the nuances of it. But it was replacing a Google Chrome Book that I've had for 3 years and absolutely hated.

3 things keep this from being 5 stars: The keypad and 10 key are missing the bumb to indiacte hand placement. Keys are cramped, and the battery life seems short. On a good note, the processor and storage are good

Got this for my son. He already has a gaming desktop but he needed something more mobile for his school work. He saids it works perfectly and it’s pretty fast and efficient. Dr. Evans.

Works good, love the touch screen option, and love that it has side number pad( that is something I always hated about laptops, not having side number pad)

I purchased the Lenovo Ideapad to replace a Macbook. It's very fast with excellent displays, however the battery runs down much faster than the Mac did. Overall I am happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

Love it for all that I use it for. The keys have a nice touch. It’s a good laptop. My son does his college work on it with ease. Just a good laptop

I have been pleased with my new laptop. I love the fact that you can select with the touch of a finger. Also, am so glad that it has a built-in security feature. My only disappointment is that I'm having trouble getting onto Zoom. I need help with that.

Bery good laptop for what we needed. We have a student that needs basic Windows applications (word/power point/ect…) this laptop works for that and has an excellent price

My old computer was over 12 years old and was very slow. This new one is awesome, very fast, and best buy was able to transfer all my documents i needed to keep from my old computer
