Perfect size. Runs great. Perfect for back to school!

The Lenovo IdeaPad 3i's design is simple and meets my home needs. It has a plastic chassis, relatively thin bezels around the display, a full-size keyboard with a Numpad on the right, and ports on both sides. The speaker grills are at the top of the keyboard deck, and the air vents are on the bottom. I didn't care for the "S" mode it was too restrictive. Otherwise it fits my needs fine.

I had a great experience at Best Buy! I brought in my broken laptop, and the team was extremely helpful and professional. They tried everything to fix it, but when they realized it couldn't be repaired, they refunded me the full amount so I could purchase a new one. I really appreciated their honesty, customer service, and how smoothly everything was handled. Highly recommend!

Computer is small enough to pack in compact areas while traveling but adequate size for using on the go im am very please with this computer. Operating system of course microsoft. No problems with getting system up and running personalizing it to my needs.

Good basic laptop that is fast and quite capable. Only caveat is that is comes in s-mode but that was easy enough to fix. Nice feel, not bulky and does not feel cheap. Bright and clear screen. Battery is pretty good, as well as can be expected with a backlit screen.

I struggle with most technology but set up on this laptop was easy even for me! I got the Microsoft 365 package also and set it up with no issues. This is a different operating system than I am used to (newer) but I am slowly figuring it out.

I've only owned this laptop for several weeks, but so far I have had no issues. It's super fast. It does come in S mode and Will not download any non-microsoft apps in this mode. However, it's pretty simple to take it out of this mode. Then it works great.

Really impressed with how good this is for a basic laptop and for the price. 375.00 after tax is a steal for this computer. I was really surprised at how snappy it is and the display is bright and sharp as well. Sound is decent too and although the keyboard doesn't light up, it is very easy to see.
