    The Geek Squad member (Lynn) was exceptional. I hope I remember his name correctly. My last visit to this location was over 3 years ago because the customer service was nonexistent. This trip was so different. He was patient and took the time to explain the options of my repairing my old Microsoft Surface versus purchasing a new laptop. After showing me several options, I gladly purchased a brand I’ve never used and left my Surface for recycling.
