Hardware quality good, with some nice features. The “s” version of windows on the other hand stands for something other than speed or security. Makes it hard to run non-Microsoft software and really longer and harder than it should be to defeat the “S” product. Once you get past that, fairly decent lightweight machine.

This is the 2nd Laptop purchased, I really like the compatibility and features. Weight is good and body is good enough compared to other brands but for regular personal use I really recommend it to be safe from kids made accidents.

I like my computer alot. It seems pretty easy to work on. Iam still new with it. In learning what the computer can do. So far i like the computer. There has not been nothing i do not like about it. I definetly would recommend this computer for anyone who wants a computer that will last up to 5 yrs.

The item was more than perfect. It is very light and is equipped with better navigation which allow you to manage any task of your choice. LENOVO has an amazing laptop that is great for all ages. I am extremely satisfied with the choice of purchasing the LENOVO Brand Laptop.

I havent used the computer other than to set up and transfer files for safe keeping. I have a Lenova that is a bit larger and just LOVE it but I had a recent scare that I might have been invaded. Best Buy (Best ever techs) are the greatest and stay friendly and patient when I brough my Lenova that I have had for quite a while. I purchased this computer as a back up and rarely need to connect to the internet. I move info and files to this Lenovo and do not use it to connect to internet or any sites to protect it. I have been in the process to copy important info to this one. I love my purple Lenova so when I decided to get a second laptop I definately want a Lenovo. Best Buy' geek squad is the very best and the most patient and understanding techs and SOOO appreciate their calm and willing to listen makes them top notch. I have recently recommended a friend who called me that her computer was fighting back (lol) and I said call them and go to Geek Squad (the one at Best Buys West Des Moines IA )

great laptop for students, no lags work smoothly. Ideal for light to medium task and some amount of gaming. Recommended for all the students.

I was skeptical about the price, but it was soooo worth it. I use it for school, work, hobbies and it gets the job done and more!

The laptop works really well. It has good keyboard and touch sensitivity. It also has great sound. I would highly recommend buying this laptop. Moving from a metal feel hp version, this one felt a little "plasticey" but its benefits outweigh that by much much more.

Great laptop. I am a happy owner! This laptop does evertrhing I need for work. I use it for opening multiple programs and running video chats. If you are on the fence about getting this, do it! You will not regret it.

I love this laptop! It moves quickly, thinks quickly (with its big memory,) is super user friendly, has touchscreen, and many cool features. I want to learn everything I can about it. I highly recommend it!

This 3i does everything I need it to and it has good speed. I am not a gamer but it is more than adequate for blogging, social media and writing. For a fairly basic laptop, it has all the speed I need. The only downside to me is that I have been using smaller laptops for a few years and this feels really large when I need to hold it instead of using it on a table.

Good for a entry level pc with touch screen. Ease of touch

The sales associate found me exactly what I needed within my budget and fast! I needed it for school and the monitor is easy on my eyes and the keyboard is easy on my hands. I wish the volume went up a little higher but that's easily addressed with headphones or a speaker.

I bought this for myself for work. I often have a lot of windows and spread sheets open at once. So far, no lag or loss of function while I'm doing this. Lot's of on-board memory and large hard drive. Great computer.

The laptop works perfect. Its super fast, I'm not real happy with windows 11 they are trying to control everything you do with in the computer. I had a hard time getting Google to stay as Default. Instead of Edge. Also problems I ran into. Not the laptops fault. Over all works great.
