Great laptop! Got for my high school daughter for school work to write essays, do research and create slideshows. It if fast and has a great feel.

Great laptop. I did not know it had a touch screen so that is cool. Only negatives for my use is short battery life (OK if kept plugged in while working) and there is no network plug in for Ethernet. But overall I am very happy with this purchase and I am able to work remotely as I recover from foot surgery.

Great computer. Can play more games than you might think but definitely more for light gaming. Plays Puyo Puyo and The Sims 4 well. Also very light - great for traveling or bringing it out and about. 3 hours battery life.

Starts up fast. Not crazy about Windows 11s because of its limitations with other apps but the added security is nice. Time will tell if I will need to disable it to use other apps

I was worried that 8gb ram wouldnt be enough-- but i am able to run Photoshop web with no issues! Great computer and the display is nice. Only think I wish was that the keyboard would light up, but not a big deal.

Overall, the item was pretty good. Great display, smooth and fast operation. The only reason I returned was the 10 key being more narrow than standard. The intensive use of the 10 key and larger than average hands, it was difficult to adjust. They only other small gripe, which seems to be lacking in general and not this unit specifically, is a back lit keyboard.

The laptop is very fast and beautiful. I bought the blue color. It is very beautiful and the shipping is fast, but there is a problem with the outer surface. The dirt does not clean easily and traces of handprints are visible. You must always clean it.

Love the laptop. I haven't had it long but I use it often and I haven't ran into anything that I found difficult with this laptop. I'm really pleased with the purchase. Love that it is touch screen as well.

After researching many options, the IdeaPad 3i turned out to be the best choice for the features I needed at the price I could afford. Very fast, solid feeling for normal household use, and great video. I would buy it again, and recommend it to friends and family.

This computer has been great so far. right away I turned off the "S Mode" Always forget that this is touch screen so getting use to that. have had no problems.

This is a great work laptop that can handle all word processing and internet tasks with ease. The wireless is fast. The touch screen adds a more immersive experience. It would be nice to have keyboard backlight and finger ID, but at this price the laptop is a great deal.

This might not be perfect to some others.But fpr people like us with not much money is perfect. The laptop is for my daughters school, so this is the only one thatvi can afford but ,thank you for people who are resonable and understanding like the makers of this device.

Simple, basic laptop. This is coming from someone who isn't all knowing about laptops. Used for training/classes for a job, and random day to day use. Little big, but good for the price.

I am a little behind the curve of technology advancements, so I am learning as I go. Which is actually a better way for me to learn, you know hands on. It is not too hard to figure out once you get into the mindset that it will be different. I like the fact that it is quicker than my previous laptop, but am having a problem with trying to have multiple tabs and screens. I will get it though.

Great laptop. I bought this for work purposes. It really set the bar high for me as it does all the available things that I need to have a successful day from working from home. The speed is fast and it’s very efficient would recommend this to anybody.

Good for surfing the internet and love the Bluetooth feature so I can send pictures from my phone to my computer no cable needed. Lots of storage and fast enough to play sims

My mom absolutely LOVES this laptop, i got it for her for Christmas and shes been using it almost every day for just about everything!

I bought this over 6 months ago and I LOVE IT!! great little computer i bought it for the smaller things and the simplicity and im very pleased touch screen is a great feature ill definitely be a customer long term great product!!

This laptop is very nice for a budget laptop, but I got it home and gave it a test drive. The next day I turn it on, every thing appeared to be ok until everything began to lock up, I couldn't get into the system to turn the S drive off. Took it to the G.S and they told me that the hard drive went out. I never load any programs on it. I just returned it. For some, just be careful with the S drive. It's still a good computer, just be aware of the S drive. I ended up buying a 2023 HP 16 GB 1 TB with windows 11 that does not have S drive.
