Good product with easy setup and useful features. Good value for the money. No thunderbolt port, so limited hub options.

Love my computer, great specs, fast and haven’t had a problem yet. The only thing I didn’t like was the customer service in the store when I went in to do a pickup online order, which they make it so easy for you just to pick up in store. But the lady who had helped me was very rude, didn’t give me a bag, rolled her eyes. And it was very unprofessional. But over all the experience with the computer has been very good.

It's a great laptop for the money. I use it for simple tasks (browsing, email, writing, etc). I do not use it for CPU intensive tasks like gaming or editing. I have a few complaints: 1. I am not a big fan of the touchpad. It feels too sensitive, or not sensitive enough. 2. The keys on the keyboard seem small to me, and they aren't backlit. 3. Comes with some preinstalled programs that I could do without. It seems like every Windows computer does though. All in all, I decided to keep it. I think it's worth what I spent on it.

It’s not easy to differentiate between laptops from competing brands, because everybody offers essentially the same features. However, I’ve owned laptops from Dell, Apple, and H-P, and this is my first Lenovo, and I must say I’m very impressed with the workmanship, looks, and overall quality of this laptop. I would definitely buy another Lenovo in the future.
