I purchased 3 of these for my girlfriend’s kids. 2 of them met their end. That is not to say they are not good computers. The kids who broke theirs were hard on them. If you are extremely kind to them and gentle, they will last. The oldest still has hers and she treats it well. The first the youngest destroyed the screen, the second the child broke the backlighting by keeping the brightness as max and never turning off the computer. If you’re going to treat it well, no worries, but if you’re going to be hard on it, this computer won’t last for you.

This computer works beautifully and is ideal for covering all my needs as a student. Very happy with this purchase.

We bought it as a birthday gift for my husband. It’s mainly used for zoom meetings. It’s really fast and he loves the touchscreen

I enjoy having a new computer. However, when the data transfer was done, the Geek Squad had my old e-mail address, which had been connected to my e-mail and my ability to attach things to an e-mail was problem due to this. Two hours at the Hilton Head Computer Club fixed the problem. Also, this computer has far more bells and whistles than I need or want. Too many fancy options which I don't need. I just wanted e-mail, Word, and picture options. I'm learning how to ignore all the extras but it's taking time. Would appreciate a version with fewer options, but I'm sure it's because of my age. I wish the keys were raised higher on the keyboard. They are set quite low.

Runs great, fast. Like the 10 key on the keyboard as well. Great product especially for the cost.

It did well to deliver as expected. It is able to run some games at all right frames which is what my brother needed. It is fast and reliable.
