    The return process was quick, easy and accurate. (I returned the laptop unopened because I’d hoped that the laptop I’d bought less than 2 years earlier could be repaired when it simply stopped receiving a charge. The cost was almost as much a new one.

    Only using this laptop to work from home but so far it exceeds all of my expectations. 1 month in and no complaints. You will need an Ethernet adapter if you plan to be directly connected via an Ethernet cable. The casing attracts fingerprints very easily if you care about that sort of thing.

    I bought this product for a family member in Liberia. A week aftwr she received it, she called and expressed how pleased she is with it. She has also said that the memory capacity or space of this product is precisely what she needed. She is currently using it for school assignments such as research writing and other writing projects.
