Computer works great, looks good and does everything we needed it to do

Returned due to a display issue straight out of the box. It would have black lines across the screen when switching tabs and the whole screen would randomly black out constantly. Other than this manufacturer issue it was perfectly fine. Pretty marked up just for the touchscreen it seems. Got a faster better working laptop for half the price and it came with an SD.

Like every person buying a new item and changing brands I had my doubts, however, the equipment so far has turned out great, the only thing I do miss that my previous equipment had is the fingerprint opening but otherwise very happy with the team.

Been fantastic for the quality and price for my daughter. Has been dependable. Always to much adware, but thats to be expected.

The laptop is stunning and best to use. The functions and all the categories are really easy to use. The webcam is highly recommended.

The Lenovo IdeaPad was recommended by BestBuy salesperson. This is an easy workhorse for general web-searching and storage. Love the color and upload speed. I think this will meet the task of what we were looking for and then some. Thanks!

For the price, this laptop does the job. The speed and screen resolution is nice and I like the features of the laptop. The only thing I dont like is the weight / heaviness of the laptop and number keypad. The number keypad is too close to the overall alpha keyboard.

Great laptop overall, purchased open box version, which they didn't specify, but other than that, computer runs great, able to handle any general task, decent multitasking, got on sale, so value wise especially, more than solid laptop.

Honestly it’s worth every penny all the features this laptop has is almost identical to an expensive laptop it also has AI to help you with anything you need. It’s good for beginners, and experienced. Affordable
