It worked great unti lthe motherboard decided to stop working last week. No idea how, I don't play videogames on it. My warranty lapsed by 5 months and need another labtop

Does everything I need it to do. General use, getting on the internet, paying bills and watching videos. The screen is matte which i like because it doesn't have a lot if reflection.

Partial blame on geeksquad for not following my directives re using different browser, etc. Also battery is not lasting 9 to 12 hours as advertised, only lasts 5 or 6 hours. I want new battery. I cannot recommend this laptop unless battery lasts 9 hours or more.

I am switches from an Apple, so it is taking me a while. I am not in any rush, and know that the Lenovo support team is available to help me if I get stumped on anything.

Has alot to offer as a laptop. It's a tiny bit larger than I would ultimately like, that's why I didn't give it 5 stars. Overall, it's a great buy, great brand, great quality and I have had no issues whatsoever! I will definitely buy this brand laptop in the future.
