Seems to be fairly fast starting, doing activities and shutting down I did not realize this computer dose not have a DVD or CD player, disappointment. I ordered this with a rep. On the the phone asked for something comparable to what I have. He did not mention that I could use DVD's on this unit. Have not used it enough to comment on much of anything else

First time with a Lenovo, results as good as expected

I've only used it for barely a week. What I have it seems to function well. I have had no problems does everything I wanted to do. I've watched a movie on it and some some shopping online purchases everything seems to work fine no complaints

Computer is excellent so far. The only negative was up front with the geek squad. The tech was great, but he was limited to 20 minutes. We went once and his supervisor was hovering over him telling him he had to wrap it up. Sad, not very professional. I paid about $150 for tech service that was metered.

I have been very happy with the Leonovo - Ideapad line of laptops. For my purposes it is the perfect combination of features and price. I don't need more power and this has plenty of power to run two external screens and a bunch of USB peripherals.

This is a decent entry level laptop for school. It’s responsive. What I’m not a fan of is the touch screen. (It feels a bit cheap) and the keyboard. It doesn’t feel responsive when I’m typing and just doesn’t flow. I end up connecting a separate keyboard when im typing at home.

I just had this item set up by the Geek Squad and have just started to use it. So far I am very happy and satisfied with it. Compared to my old Toshiba (2010!), this Lenovo is excellent.

Best buy provided me with excellent overall service. they were able to answer. All of my questions can help me make the best decision for me. They did not try to oversell me. Thank you Best Buy!

good for regular browsing. Liked the touch screen option

Laptop does a good job for internet surfing and streaming videos but unfortunately a lot of the programs that come preinstalled eats up the ram to where when you start it up you only have 3 gb of ram left for everything else which is impractical for anything else but the basic

I just purchased another one. I bought my first one in October and it's awesome. This is the best deal I have found on a laptop with the i5 processor. Can't beat Best Buy on computers and printers.

This seems to be an adequate laptop and the price was decent.
