Old one kept blue screening and I needed to secure a new one. Glad I made this purchase. Geek squad assisted with setup of new laptop. They provided great service and answered all my questions. Very frustrated with that since an older Toshiba laptop I bought from BB in the early 2000s still works. I am angry that this Lenovo had an issue with the on/off since it automatically turned on each time I opened the cover each day!!!!!

I finally traded in for this model, which has not give me one day of problems. Thank you Best Buy for treating your customers so well

Batterlife sucks, but what laptop doesnt to be honest. Wifi works well. Don't trick yourself to think your going to play any game more demanding than Factorio or some of the TallTale Games. Good if you need a laptop to apply for jobs, check email, organize, and not break the wallet. Screen quality is good, isnt glossy so no glare issues. Decent Brightness, not blinding. Speakers are pretty weak, weaker than my samsung phone, so you might buy external speakers for home use or use the headphone jack. touchscreen but i never use that feature.

I can’t run too much applications or it slows down. It does start up fast, but I find it hard to download software on it like chrome and the battery only lasts about 4 hours when I use it.

Pros: Price for the storage and technology & Weight
