I love this laptop. It is different and will take a little time to get used to. I sure have needed an upgrade. It's exciting having new electronics.

Only had for a short time but so far everything is what I expected. I did have to take it out of S mode but i knew that going in after doing my research.

Amazing laptop. I use it for school work and personal uses like gaming and it works perfect. For it being a open box there is nothing wrong with it.

It is a nice entry level laptop. I do wish it did not use a proprietary power cable instead of USB C like the higher-level laptops from Lenovo. Keyboard has a number pad, which is great for IT related tasks. Overall, a good value for the feature set.

I am very satisfied with the Lenovo Ideapad laptop. Having had an older computer, this newer computer has really made my computer time enjoyable. Although, it seems much of the newer computers and accessories do change and it seems to me at least, they are changed for "change" sake!

Seems to working great so far. Only hiccup was when we tried to download a non-Microsoft App Store web browser for a special food service certification test. After a bunch of Googling we were able to finally figure it out.

Good product. Simple for our business needs. Everything is on a cloud, so didn't need a ton of extra stuff. But, this laptop was loaded with more than you would expect for the price.

Very nice computer. But I find it difficult to navigate. I told the Best Buy staff what I was going to be using it for, astrophotography processing and windows 11 has fought me all the way. I may need the geek squad to tweak it for me.

I work at a restaurant and I needed a laptop to work on schedules and create templates for when I'm not at the restaurant and this laptop doesn't disappoint.

Great laptop, excellent deal. Lenovo has good quality on almost all their models so the build on this was great and price to performance was good. have no complaints

I purchased this as open box good condition. I thought it was in perfect condition. The box just looked bad. It had all the paperwork and cords. No scratches or wear.

Works perfectly, gets the job done easy to carry .

I took full advantage of the sale, it was worth it. The geek squad did a good job and setting everything up, and transferring data. I was surprised that there was no military discount.

Bought it to replace my 93 year old father’s. 2009 lap top. He’loving the speed and accuracy. Sales staff & geek squad worked together and making my decision.

Recently had to replace my HP laptop and after reviewing several at Best Buy decided to go with the Lenovo. My previous laptop was almost 7 years old and very slow so I am in heaven with my purchase!

The device is still holding up after being used by two kids for schooling.

Really 4.5 stars but can't do that. Solid base level laptop. No issue with office products, great for my wife's job(teacher) and video streaming is great watched movies when cable was down.

This machine is very bang for the buck in regards to what it's needed for. I primarily use this for scheduling, documents and other basic software. It's a thin computer that is easily transported for work on the go.

Very pleased with the computer I bought there. I haven't had any issues with it at all. I felt like I got a very good bargain on the computer as well.
