    Works for the basic needs I have. Slow at times in responding to opening "File Explorer", which is strange.

    I'm generally quite happy with my new Lenovo Ideapad. My only issue is that my camera is not working to capture me on Zoom calls. I need to bring it into the Geek Squad to have that corrected if possible.

    Motherboard crashed on the original purchase within a week. Fortunately my local store where I purchased at was able to exchange it for me within a few minutes and all is well a month later.

    All in all this is a solid laptop. Much better tech and functionality that some of the better known name brands. Save your money, and get a solid product.

    Happy with purchase I don't do surveys. I find them very annoying. If I was dissatisfied with the product I would go to the store and get a refund.

    It’s nice but I don’t like how it’s locked from downloading things from any website. I tried to install my usual virus software and I had to research how to unlock it.
