The overall UI peformance and response is slow. hope it can be resolved by a software update

It was easy to set up and has quickly integrated Microsoft programs and gmail. The transition has been as smooth as it could be without having someone else do it for me.

One issue was with the white light on the right-hand side of the device. It remained on when I logged out. I was able to to shut it off by pressing & holding the power button.

Totally dissatisfied with geek squad. Did not set up login as I requested. Still sending me emails and texts to schedule an appointment for pickup two weeks late.
