I have had nothing but problems with the camera. Thank goodness I had Geek Squad to help me. Make sure you buy the warranty, because otherwise they will not consider any help. If you need the camera for things like Zoom, etc. DO NOT buy this product. For basic things, it is fine.

It was good. Picture was good. It was light and easy to carry anywhere.

This laptop feels sturdy yet lightweight, easy to use, and has a nice processing speed for web search, online bill pay, etc. However, after 18 months of fairly light use (less than 10 hours a month), the motherboard failed. Keep in mind, the warranty is only 12 months. I was happy with the laptop until now; the return on investment has been quite disappointing.

I am enjoying learning how to use my new Lenovo laptop. I am switches from an Apple, so it is taking me a while. I am not in any rush, and know that the Lenovo support team is available to help me if I get stumped on anything.

for what my wife does this works great for the value. she plays games, emails, and shops on this laptop. so far for the games she uses only 1 has an issue but it's an incompatibility with windows 11.

Great laptop overall, purchased open box version, which they didn't specify, but other than that, computer runs great, able to handle any general task, decent multitasking, got on sale, so value wise especially, more than solid laptop.

Great computer, except it is locked into all things MSoft. Partial blame on geeksquad for not following my directives re using different browser, etc. Also battery is not lasting 9 to 12 hours as advertised, only lasts 5 or 6 hours. I want new battery. I cannot recommend this laptop unless battery lasts 9 hours or more.

The device that I purchase works incredibly well. I truly have no complaints about it since it does what the device attended. And that is being a good laptop. It also has very amazing specs which Are really good especially when I do light to gaming on it. How ever my only issue is the fact that it is already on Windows 11. If I could change the OS definitely would.

For the price, this is a really good machine. The screen is very clean and clear. It comes with Windows 11 and is a good size. I wish the sound would go higher, but it is really not bad. (I have hearing issues so I’m sure it’s me.). You will find this a very useful item
