PERFECT laptop for my two sons. Handles their college workload and it surprisingly is streaming and gaming well. Didn’t purchase for streaming or gaming. Needed just for coursework and both boys have told me multiple times they love the laptop. You can not beat this price!

This is a decent entry level laptop for school. It’s responsive. What I’m not a fan of is the touch screen. (It feels a bit cheap) and the keyboard. It doesn’t feel responsive when I’m typing and just doesn’t flow. I end up connecting a separate keyboard when im typing at home.

I got this laptop on sale and it was worth what I paid. It is way better than the $200 cheapo ones you will find just sitting on a shelf. The Iris xe is pretty decent, not a gaming laptop by any means but it definitely beats all the other ones I compared it too.

Works perfectly for my small assignment at work and occasionally streaming.

Computer is excellent so far. The only negative was up front with the geek squad. The tech was great, but he was limited to 20 minutes. We went once and his supervisor was hovering over him telling him he had to wrap it up. Sad, not very professional. I paid about $150 for tech service that was metered.

Computer is in great shape but the charger cord was not included. Called customer service and they said they couldn't provide the cord, I'd just have to return it. it's open box so I wouldn't be able to exchange it. Kinda disappointing since I order lots of computers from Best Buy, but it was easier to just order a cord from Amazon than go to a store and play the open box game.

Highly recommended for those that need a daily laptop for school or work

I just had this item set up by the Geek Squad and have just started to use it. So far I am very happy and satisfied with it. Compared to my old Toshiba (2010!), this Lenovo is excellent.
