All data was transferred from my old computer by the Geek Squad so it was an easy move. The one question that arose a few days later was answered by the online chat support.

I think its a good laptop. With good and not very complicated features, it suits its purpose! And its not very fragile it last a while.

This is a good laptop for the price. For purposes of documentation, web browsing and bookkeeping this laptop works well.

Fresh out the box so this review is limited. The hardware feels solid and I appreciate that the transformer is compact and two prong. The Windows setup froze badly in the middle of the process but that's life. A restart and I was in business.

Love it!! Exactly what I wanted but battery doesnt last long after fully charged, even not being used it seems to drain battery but overall I like it.

PROS: RAM and SSD is upgradable CONS: No fingerprint scanner No backlight keyboard as shown in photos keyboard had windows 11 logo instead of windows 10 will be returning

I always preferred a Mac but this Laptop has definitely surpassed my expectations. I am happy with the product and its excellent features.

I have owned this brand for years. Have not had any problems or complaints. I will continue to purchase Lenovo products in the future.

Bought it mainly for my wife, although my kids use it occasionally. Not as fast as I expected with technology being what It is today, but fast enough for her purposes.

Love the computer. I will never use the Geek Squad again. I had to make an appointment to get an appointment. Computer - excellent. Geek Squad - awful.

Bought this for work. More than enough power to do everything we need it to do online. Web sites, documents, emails, etc. Works wonderfully.

picture quality is very good and sound is good enough. need to check how reliable in the long run. The overall UI peformance and response is slow. hope it can be resolved by a software update
