This laptop is perfect for my needs. Easy setup (system walks you through) and easy to use. I purchased online for store pickup which was quick and efficient.

All in all this is a solid laptop. Much better tech and functionality that some of the better known name brands. Save your money, and get a solid product.

It’s nice but I don’t like how it’s locked from downloading things from any website. I tried to install my usual virus software and I had to research how to unlock it.

I am very happy with my Lenovo laptop. It was easy to set up and has quickly integrated Microsoft programs and gmail. The transition has been as smooth as it could be without having someone else do it for me.

Good product with fast access. One issue was with the white light on the right-hand side of the device. It remained on when I logged out. I was able to to shut it off by pressing & holding the power button.

Mother loves this laptop. Meets her needs. She is not gaming. Primarily used for internet, streaming, and videos

Good laptop for money. Only issue is using outside. You’ll need screen at max brightness to see which drains battery faster. Hasn’t been a big issue though. Super fast boot up. Good laptop is you’re just browsing web or paying bills.

Fully satisfied with the laptop I chose. Totally dissatisfied with geek squad. Did not set up login as I requested. Still sending me emails and texts to schedule an appointment for pickup two weeks late.
