The one with the issues has been an issue from the beginning. About a month, if that, after purchasing it the touch screen quit working and then sometimes it would randomly work and then it quit all together. I took it back to Best Buy to the geek squad and he couldn’t figure it out, I then took it to an IT person and he said it was missing something in the code and it couldn’t be added back so he was unable to get the touchscreen feature to work. I purchased these for the touch screen. That’s the whole point, what good is a laptop that flips all the way over for the touch screen to not work? So for this problem to not be resolved I gave this a two star id like to give it 0 based on this experience but I gave it two since the other one works. This laptop is to expensive to have this issue right after purchasing.
