Slow and freezes

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This laptop is frustratingly slow despite the excellent processor - a processor I had on a previous laptop and it performed fabulously, so I have no idea what the problem is. And, the graphics acceleration isn't that great either. It gets locked up and freezes. Maybe they don't work well together. Maybe they don't work well with Windows 11. Maybe it's just something failing about the Lenovo brand. Will be returning it soon.
