Good for basic laptop needs

The "clicker" on the mousepad doesn't work very good, you have to put a bit of force on it to make it work. Also, a problem that I think is attributed to windows 11... is that I uploaded, sorted and put into respective files almost 2,000 photos as well as several videos. I deleted some of those videos and photos from my phone and the next time I turned on the computer, the files were all gone. And no sympathy from Best Buy... So the laptop is good but windows 11 or whatever caused photos/videos to be lost.. not good
