Could not access the computer because Windows was trying to match an outdated email address that I used for my "user id" with my current google email. Best Buy wanted to charge me a minimum of $40 to look into it. No user manual came with the new computer.

After one week computer would not start. Took into store, they tried to reset to factory settings. did not work, exchanged for different brand.
